The Hype Group is a real estate brokerage focused on changing the paradigm of how real estate is sold. The meaning behind our company name, The Hype Group, arises from an ideology of nurturing excitement into our associates in order for them to radiate confident and vivacious energy into our clients and their transactions.
When we sat down to form The Hype Group, we asked ourselves what was missing in real estate transactions and kept arriving at the fact that most traditional brokerages are boring, outdated, and dull. They operate with old standards, antiquated guidebooks, and haven’t modernized their training, client interactions, and marketing to what buyers and sellers currently expect. They lack an energetic component that creates high-intensity environments full of passion for their agents to thrive in. At our company, our agents feed off each other’s energy through healthy competition and high standards of performance. This constant state of energy-filled attitudes creates engaging interactions for our clients that turn typically stressful real estate transactions into exciting business and personal decisions.

Pablo Vignolo
In 2015, after being exposed to the real estate industry on the construction and development side, Pablo Vignolo began working for Lennar Homes in their land acquisitions department. Within 3 years he was responsible for the acquisition of over $130M in land throughout Florida and Texas.
In 2019, he began working for Atlantic Pacific, an affordable-housing development firm in Miami, Florida. In this role, he worked on the development of 530 units catered toward low-income households and the elderly.
In 2020, Pablo made the decision to leverage his skills and real estate insight in order to create The Hype Real Estate Group with his longtime friend and partner, Raul Pino.
Since founding the company, Pablo has been an essential part of The Hype Group’s growth, personally overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, team training, transaction management, relationship-building, and deal-sourcing. Under his and Raul’s leadership, The Hype Group has sold over $125M of real estate within the first two years of operations with sales spread across the entire state of Florida.
Pablo was born in Argentina and currently resides in Miami, Florida and is a graduate of the University of Miami, which he enjoys cheering on their football team during the college season. His hobbies include playing soccer, boating, and traveling.
Raul Pino
In 2015 Raul moved back to his hometown of Miami Florida after attending Pittsburgh University on a scholarship to play college football. After the move, he got a job offer as a door-to-door salesman where he first found his love for all things sales. While quickly becoming a top performer in the company he decided to continue his education at Florida International University to pursue a degree in business and entrepreneurship.
After Graduating in 2017, he became a sales manager for a fortune 500 company where he would go on to apply his education and skills and eventually meet one of his mentors that would later introduce him to the possibilities of real estate and the importance of investing.
It was then he decided to leave his high-earning job to take a chance on opening a brokerage with his longtime friend, Pablo Vignolo.
Since then, the company has closed over $125 million in sales and is projected to double that number by the end of 2023.
While balancing his role at work as the Managing Principal of The Hype Real Estate Group and at home as an investor of real estate himself, he truly engulfs himself in the industry and its markets and only hopes to not only provide exceptional service to his clients but also teach them a tried-and-true means of building wealth.
